Celebrating 26 years of African-American culture and fine arts, the Southeastern Virginia Arts Association is proud to present the 2009 Festival in partnership with the City of Norfolk. To be held in Norfolk’s Newly renovated Town Point Park

Southeastern Virginia Arts Association, a nonprofit umbrella arts organization, is dedicated to supporting the arts in five disciplines: visual arts, dance, music, literary arts and theater. AFR’AM FEST is the proud showcase all of these art forms and the African-American culture.
